Well, with that metal hoop and "Town Dock" on the gantry, I reckon you're either going to know it or not. I don't think the quality of the actual photo will make much odds.

Well TBF I did get as far as doing a Google Image search for 'Town Dock' and IIRC it got me to Torquay, but I was unable to identify anything in your image.

I like the idea but if you don't know it, you don't know it, so tend to give up!

I did exactly the same, but the first few pages I glanced at all suggested Town Dock in Torquay was still under construction, so I didn't bother.
