Looks good but as I have been with Apple for a while now an awful lot of my music library is in their locked format so anything other than an iPod or iPhone is a bit useless to me.
You may not know, but Apple have recently ditched DRM which is the locked music format you mention. You can upgrade all of your tunes for a small fee through iTunes, so you can use them on any player. I'm a bit of an Apple fan myself and have an iPhone 3G, but all my music is DRM free now so I can use it on anything.Edited by Aubrey on Sunday 25th January 16:00
I always use this site for phone reviews.
Thorough reviews and then owners add their comments too

I had an iphone for 4 weeks and didn't like it at all, swapped it for one of these and never looked back - it's fantastic:http://www.mobile-phones-uk.org.uk/samsung-omnia-i...
The big problem with this phone is that it is the iPhone and that this one isn't!
It can do a fair bit more but it is not nearly as intuitive or slick as the Apple, it also feels a £100 quid or so cheaper which in fairness it is.
The screen isn't nearly as responsive as the iPhone which can make it frustrating, I find myself having to do everything twice which is rather annoying.
I'm giving mine a few more days before sending it back unless anybody wants to buy it off me!

Any views yet?
Girl at work has one, she is a fool with technology, so asked me to have a play and see how it worked..It is pretty good, however I found that the screen is not as sensitive to touch as others I have used..
The phone feels like its hollow, its quite large and seemingly light. I don't think it would withstand an impact anything like as well as an apple. Other than that it seemed to have nokia's straight forward menu etc.
I did play with the map stuff, it seemed slow, but it may have been on WAP as opposed to wireless, I don't know.
I would never buy one as touch screen phones take ages to navigate around and I like my phones to be hard wearing.
