Nice and clean looking!

Not too keen on the bracelet, though.

Bagged myself one those beauties last year but am sad to report that it is back at Breitling as the winder wouldn't stop winding in, i.e it wouldn't lock. Hopefully all will be well soon and I'll have no further problems as it was bought as a lifetime watch.

BTW, I didn't like the strap either but when I first put it on it looked just great, in a retro sort of way, much like the Omega I had back in the 1980's. Can't wait to get it back.

You must have very large wrists, as when i tried the emergency on it literally dwarfed my arm!
Congratulations on two lovely watches.

i used to have 9.5 inch wrists, but have been doing some weight loss recently and now i'm down to a slender 8.5 inch wrist,
Thanks,
Andrew

Breitlings aren't usually my thing, but the superocean is lovely.
Agreed on the strap though. My old man's '68 Seamaster got put on something similar in the 70's till I got him a nice plain black leather omega effort.

The Superocean Heritage 46 intrigues me, and every time I see a picture of it, it intrigues me a bit more.

You see, I first saw the black one and thought, "My, that's smart. I like that", as you would for what is an unquestionably elegant watch.

Then I saw that they do a blue one, and thought, "ecky thump! That's a bit vivid!", because all the catalogue and Breitling website pictures make it look hideous.

And yet there've been a couple of pictures of the blue edition here and elsewhere, and it seems to look very handsome in reality.

Perhaps it's one of those watches, like the tango PO that I have, that isn't really represented properly in official pictures.

Hmm.

ETA: I really, really like that mesh strap.

Agreed - the only Breitling I like but would probably have a different strap.

Nice watch.

Personally love the watch on that bracelet - something a bit different from the norm - good choice

I'm not a fan of the bracelet - a mesh bracelet is an option on my Stowa MO but I just don't like the look of it.

The watch is stunning though, I've tried one on and whilst it is a huge watch, it is beautifully made and probably the only Breitling in the current range that I really like the look of. Nice choice!

Chap I work with has one.

Its a real statement watch, and looks suitably impressive, but so you know he changed the bracelet to a strap after about 2 months because he said it kept pulling the hairs on his arm lol.

You do have rather nice taste in watches too!
Fancy a swap out my exciting collection?

Before the fake haters get all excited, the rolex was a gift as a joke!
