technical specifications

I tried to find technical specifications for my newly accuired 2000 tuscan.
The dutch RDW (equivillant for MOT)require data as axle-loads, max car load etc.
In the tuscan owners handbook I couldn't find these and on the internet I was not able to find information either.
Can anyone help me out, please?
