We have outgrown our current small unit, 580 sq ft we are looking for something a little larger around 1000 sq ft, don't require office space or 3 phase just something clean/tidy and secure, happy to sub let within a larger unit, want to offset some of your overheads ?

Clean tidy business, no employees just husband and wife team, 100% boxed goods bought in then dispatched out Monday thru Friday via reputable courier after been physically checked by ourselves then sold online.

Plenty of references if required, 100% financially sound. Bond etc no problem.

Anyone have anything suitable or know of something that sounds the part ?

Have you thought of contacting NE Derbyshire District Council? It has units to rent.

Try whittlejones.com all the available units are on the website..
I am a management surveyor there and the Landlord has a wide spread portfolio and offers smaller sizes 500sqft - 2,000 sqft and everything in between. The units are available on flexible 3 year tenancy agreements with easy in easy out agreements as you can give 3 months notice at anytime. If you have any other questions or need some advice email me on here.
All the best with your search
Adam

Sorted guys, Bolsover business park, good links M1 J29a but in these times you would think people would be a bit more on the ball.

Booked with a well known agent to view 5 units at Pleasley Mills, got there on time, after 40 minutes in the freezing cold they could only find the keys for one of them, when we finally viewed it it was occupied ???? Not the way to work the guy had 4 days to prepare for our viewing, we didn't pursue it any further but left him with a little advice.
