Well great turnout, nice people, great camaraderie & some fun on the way up, glad we were not part of a RTA seeing that Astra in the central barrier on his own, no doubt brought about by aquaplaning. I found 4th gear interesting to say the least!
Despite the weather being overcast with slight precipitations of drizzle I was pleased that it was not as cold as usual, I did think about all the hard work that must have gone into getting the cars ready for show with the likes of washing etc that was not needed on the day, fairly typical for a car event in winter, still it makes a change not to arrive with a grey finish on a black car.
I took perhaps too many shots at the Ace Cafe on Sunday and have hosted them here for you to view, should anyone like a larger/full size version of any of the images then email me - ukhsv – can you email your postal address & I will send you copies on a CD-ROM.
Nice to meet you all
Will

That is an a amazing effort by you Will, never get tired of looking at the cars that camera kit of yours works very well, just glad you made it this year and you are enjoying the car again. Paul
Why thank you Paul, the car is great & goes quite well for an oldie & I certainly enjoyed yesterday's drive & meet. Spent too much time takling photos to really chat much, my wife refuses to go out when I have said camera in tow. :O: - WillGassing Station | HSV & Monaro | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
