mini bikes within Lemans circuit

hi there,
every year ive been, ive noticed that alot of people driving around within the circuit on little motorbikes or quads etc.
does anyone know the rules about this ?
do you think you have to have a pass for them or do you have to be staying on a campsite within the circuit ?

Please no. If they're not banned already, they should be.
One year in Maison Blanche we sat in horror as someone lost control of one and put a serious scuff down the side of a Cerbera - the wheels get swallowed up in the smallest of pot holes.
Am I the only person that thinks they are possibly the most annoying, dangerous and down right ridiculous form of transport?
Just take a push bike.

Nope! Can't stand them. Not sure how you'd police them in the campsites but they shouldn't be allowed within the ticketed enclosures.Not LM related but at the British GP about 5 years back we were stood at Becketts when a chav on a scooter did some 360's scattering gravel everywhere. How we all laughed as he sped off, tried to bunny hop in a puddle and ditched it right infront of a grandstand.
I've got a pic somewhere - the car was gorgeous with a flip greeny/blue paint job... I thought the owner was going to cry. I thought the rider was going to cry more when about 25 people where stood 'tutting' at him.

HOY, JAMES.....NO MINI BIKES 
They are annoying (like most things with 2-strokes) and very painful in the back to push - well the guy I saw the police stop for riding one on the road past Houx didn't seem to be enjoying it as he pushed it back towards Karting Nord...with the police man walking along behind him to make sure he didn't get back on 
Mini Bikes arent the best way of getting around, but i wish there were easier ways of getting around! Im disabled, and unable to ride 2 wheels, so a push bike is out. I struggle to walk the distances i do during le mans week but i grin and bear it, as i want to be able to expeiance the le mans week as a whole.
The highlight of my first le mans was when some chav fully opened up his mini moto in the tunnel under the circuit.
What he couldn't see was a single step down before the bend in the middle, i.e. just where you would turn if you weren't 6" off the ground travelling at 25mph
God did everybody laugh when he hit the wall and broke his bike to bits.

please don't take minibikes, gopeds or anything else petrol powered.
a pushbike is a must!
and remember to take lights aswell as we forgot and had some close shaves on the way back from Arnage in the middle of the night.
oh and if you're going to power the pushbike with anything then bolt a jet engine to it......like i will be doing this year

I had a bit more than a close shave on the way back from there, I found a ditch at the side of the road and remember to take lights aswell as we forgot and had some close shaves on the way back from Arnage in the middle of the night.
Still it was my own fault, I forgot to convert my bike to LHD 
As above ... take a pushbike .... it gets you around ... is a blast overtaking Lambos etc on the way to Arnage Corner and may just do you some good!
Against which I believe I hold the slowest accident record for getting a slight speed wobble coming out of Arnage village on a Friday evening and finally dropping the b
d thing at the Porsche Curves trying to get back to Houx. Mind you we'd popped out for fags and bread at 10.30 in the morning and were trying to get home at 22:00 after "a quick pint" 
Which you wouldn't want to do on a goped or in a Cerb

Fags - the Holy Grail of Le Mans! I can never find any anywhere!There used to be a tent flogging Marlboro amongst the stalls behind the stands opposite the pits but I haven't seen that for a few years.
In the good old days it was fairly easy to pick up free Silk Cut, Rothmans etc from scantily clad ladies provided by sponsors.
