I thought I really liked it at first, and a friend of mine thought it was really nice, so I bought it.

I think I'm going to sell a couple of the cheaper ones in my collection to pay for it though.

I'm a massive fan of the simple Tag watch - I have a Carrera which I love. Just not sure on the gold...

Depends how much it was, but I'm sure there are probably nicer watches for the money!

I bought a Tag 2000 on a whim a couple of years ago and sold it almost immediately, just didn't do it for me and that wasn't even a gold one!

I don't tend to wear gold but its a bit different.

What sort of price did these retail at? What would you expect to pay now?

Always keen to know if I did get a bargain.
