Owners clubs

Just saved over £200 renewing my insurance with Adrian Flux. They tell me I would get a better deal if I belong to an owners club and I assume they are talking about a Noble owners club and not The South Eastern Counties Bull Terrier Club!
Is there a Noble Owners Club or is this deemed 'sad' and for classic car old men only?

I've seen many threads that mention Nobleparts in the past and have assumed it is a supplier of Noble parts etc. Have never seen the website or talk of it being a club. But if it is and it is recognised as being an owners club by insurers , then it may be to the benefit of all of us. Any more info would be welcome. Thanks.

If it was formalised I would see f work will recognise it as a bona fide owners car club. If we would all the rest will do.

I will register with Nobleparts as it appears perhaps I should have done already, but didn't know much about it. Then I'll give Adrain Flux a call and see whether there are any benefits with them. If so, it could be good for all, unless some of you are already getting a discount for being in a club?

IMHO connecting with Nobleparts (assuming Noble ownership and getting past the gatekeeper) along with other Noble-specific portals and especially here at the PH Noble forum constitutes "Noble Club membership". It has always been know that the factory considers our commune ( especially Noble 1.0 membership ) as "product specialists".

But insuers dont look at it like that. They like certain things to be in place to classify it as an 'owners club'.

Generally people who belong to proper clubs are a better risk than normal punters.

what is considered a proper club? If this doesn't exist for Noble, then so be it. I'm sure it must take a lot of time, money and energy running one anyway. Having said that, if it was gonna cost £100- £150 a year to be a member, I would consider it irrespective if it was a greater sum than the amount saved on insurance.

Normally some form of structure like a committee and an AGM etc. Recognised specialists for agreed valuations (difficult in this market) and other people for contact points. Not to difficult generally but it takes a bit of work to set up.

As I said I will check at work. It may be that they will recognise Nobleparts.
