Impreza Type R replacement wing.

My Impreza got clouted last week and it needs a new drivers side front wing. On the Type R this is aluminium and the body shop cannot currently source a new one. Does anyone have any idea where I can get one from?

Should be the same as one from a P1.

Would cost you more, but Subaru might be able to source one.

The body shop have tried Subaru but have had no joy.

I tought all imprezas wings were aluminium! I needed one a while ago and got one used and had it sprayed.

I think they're steel on the UK cars, but I could be wrong.

Steel on ALL cars. Only the bonnet was aluminium on some JDM imports.

Correct. I've spoken to the Scooby Clinic this morning who have confirmed that aluminium wings are a widely ciculated urban myth and that all wings are steel.
