RD might be quicker as he is in PA. JAE in CA will probably be cheaper if price is a consideration but may take longer. both people are helpfull.

Thanks Calvin! I have his number and found out he knows a mechanic in State College Pa. By the name of John Gemini that can and has repaired these hoses for a lot less than the $268.00 price of a new hose. He told me to tell him Ray at R.D. sent me. Sounds like a good deal to me!!

Ray is a good guy and seems to know his stuff.
I talked to him last week when I had a left rear brake lock up. I was thinking of replacing the rotor so I gave him a quick call and he had the part in stock ready to ship just incase.
When I had a little more time during the weekend I used a mic to measure the low spot on the disc in several spots. It was still within specs so I elected to keep the old brake rotor for a few more seasons. I just happened to have a set of carbon fiber pads for the rear in my garage. So I'm driving for a few more weeks before the annual hibernation of winter.
So my car was off the road and undriveable for another several days during this time. So that takes the car to about a weeks worth of time spent off the road in an undriveable condition in almost 3 1/2 years I have had the car. So it has not been too terribly bad or bothersome.
Good luck with your car,
Calvin
