Paramedics = Brilliant !

Got to say they are Brilliant !

Our Neighbour and Good Friend suffered a Stroke Tonight and what a great response time and support from the Paramedics.

They really are Lifesavers - Just wanted to say thanks to all who do this job.

I agree, when all goes well they are hero's. difficult job though.

I've become very close to a number of paramedics and technicians through work and rarely hear a bad word about them.

Top bunch who just get on with their jobs as well they can despite poor managment and a major lack of staff.

There's a paramedic chap very local to me, obviously based at home most of the day/night as I often see him whizzing about.

My mate who lives almost opposite him (unbeknown to him) had to call 999 for an ambulance the other day, the chap turned up to his place before he'd even put the phone down & had him all sorted very quickly.

Called them out 2 years ago when Puggit jnr had febrile convulsions - they were there in 4 minutes and got straight to work.

Can't praise them enough. Anyone guilty of attacking our emergency services should get an automatic extension to their prison term.

The people who abuse Ambulance crews, Doctors and Nurses deserve to have their National Health 'membership' revoked! Let them die in the gutter in the pain they deserve!

I know a few nurses, Paramedics and tech crews . . . Most defiantly under praised people. Its a job of dedication and love not just something to earn cash.

I certainly wouldn't spend 3 hours collecting body parts after someone being ht by a train

I might be setting myself up for a "whoosh" here but the bloke in the picture ( The Fast Show ) went around saying "Aren't *****( anything from Yule Logs to doctors) brilliant?" then explained why. I don't think it was a dig at you and your post. I must admit when I saw the thread heading, that bloke's voice came into my head too...

Friend is a paramedic, he's a top (and very laid back) chap. They are unsung heroes, there is no doubt about it.
