A US woman has given birth to eight babies, becoming just the second person recorded in the US to have delivered a set of living octuplets.

How big must she have been at birth? Unreal! I bet it will take her a while to recover...

Best of luck to all 8! Who will probably take up nearly a third of a class at school. Probably best for school kids not to pick on one of them as they grow up

Just think of the amazing lives they could all lead, and what it must be like to have 7 other twins.

That's an 18 wheeler load (or 8) of stty nappies.

Still, at least there are only 2 females in that lot so the bathroom will be relatively free in the mornings. Imagine the queue if they were all female!

Reminded me slightly of a program I saw on American/Canadian TV. Jon & Katy plus 8. A couple who had 2 kids, wanted another, ended up with sextuplets.

If they were my kids, at christmas time I would do a secret santa.

Only one kid would get a present from me, the other kids would get presents from each other.
