Cloughie Madeley

...is geting right on my tits. You know, Richard Madeley and Judy Finnegans daughter. Seen interviewing celebs at the age of 16 on the R&J show and now stumbling over her words all over the red carpets and chat shows(obviosuly impressed the TV talent scouts, or did the washing up after tea on Satuday?).
Ok, so Mum and Dad hold a bit of sway at Channel 4, but don't be confused into thinking you have one ounce of talent or ability. Mummy and Daddy got you the job. Just like the spotty kid who works at his Dad's chip shop, you are there because they had you, not because you are any better than the other spotty kids. You were just not bright enough to get a proper job so Mummy and Daddy waded in to help out.
The fact you appear in Hello mag in your undies, airbrushed to hell, doesn't stop you being a large nosed, pitted skinned minger with the social skills of the 'Yarp' chracter in Hot Fuzz.
While the parents prostitute themselves to keep you in Jimmy Choos and on camera, you are making a fool of them girl, and stopping people who have done something more than have the right sperm/egg mix from geting a job.
You are the worst of the celeb's kids, talentless, butt ugly and without dignity.
RANT OVER.

Seeing as there is already a pic of the great man on this thread, I don't mind derailing a little further.
Some of Cloughie's classic quotes:
On the importance of passing to feet:
"If God had wanted us to play football in the clouds, he'd have put grass up there."
On the influx of foreign players in the British game:
"I can't even spell spaghetti never mind talk Italian. How could I tell an Italian to get the ball? He might grab mine."
On the number of French players at Arsenal:
"I bet their dressing room will smell of garlic rather than liniment over the next few months"
On how he rated himself:
"I wouldn't say I was the best manager in the business. But I was in the top one."
Explaining his nickname:
"On occasions I have been big-headed. I think most people are when they get in the limelight. I call myself Big Head just to remind myself not to be."
On Martin O'Neill:
"If he'd been English or Swedish, he'd have walked the England job."
On the streaker who appeared during a Derby game against Manchester United:
"The Derby players have seen more of his balls than the one they're meant to be playing with."
On dealing with Roy Keane:
"I only ever hit Roy the once. He got up so I couldn't have hit him very hard."
On his drinking:
"Walk on water? I know most people out there will be saying that instead of walking on it, I should have taken more of it with my drinks. They are absolutely right."
On dealing with a player who disagrees:
"We talk about it for 20 minutes and then we decide I was right."
On not getting the England manager's job:
"I'm sure the England selectors thought if they took me on and gave me the job, I'd want to run the show. They were shrewd, because that's exactly what I would have done."
On too many managers getting the sack:
"If a chairman sacks the manager he initially appointed, he should go as well."
On women's football:
"I like my women to be feminine, not sliding into tackles and covered in mud."
On then England goalkeeper David Seaman:
"That Seaman is a handsome young man but he spends too much time looking in his mirror, rather than at the ball. You can't keep goal with hair like that."
On the late Peter Taylor:
"I've missed him. He used to make me laugh. He was the best diffuser of a situation I have ever known. I hope he's all right."
On Eric Cantona's infamous kung fu kick at a fan:
"I'd have cut his balls off."
On how he would like to be remembered:
"I want no epitaphs of profound history and all that type of thing. I contributed - I would hope they would say that, and I would hope somebody liked me."
Utter legend.

He's no Gordon Strachan ;o)Some of Cloughie's classic quotes:
Utter legend.

Reporter: Welcome to Southampton Football Club. Do you think you are the right man to turn things around?
Strachan: No. I was asked if I thought I was the right man for the job and I said, "No, I think they should have got George Graham because I'm useless."
Reporter: Is that your best start to a season?
Strachan: Well I've still got a job so it's far better than the Coventry one, that's for sure.
Reporter: Are you getting where you want to be with this team?
Strachan: We're not doing bad. What do you expect us to be like? We were eighth in the league last year, in the cup final and we got into Europe. I don't know where you expect me to get to. Do you expect us to win the Champions League?
Reporter: Gordon, you must be delighted with that result?
Strachan: You're spot on! You can read me like a book.
Strachan: I've got more important things to think about. I've got a yogurt to finish by today, the expiry date is today. That can be my priority rather than Agustin Delgado.
Reporter: This might sound like a daft question, but you'll be happy to get your first win under your belt, won't you?
Strachan: You're right. It is a daft question. I'm not even going to bother answering that one. It is a daft question, you're spot on there.
Reporter: Bang, there goes your unbeaten run. Can you take it?
Strachan: No, I'm just going to crumble like a wreck. I'll go home, become an alcoholic and maybe jump of a bridge. Umm, I think I can take it, yeah.
Reporter: There's no negative vibes or negative feelings here?
Strachan: Apart from yourself, we're all quite positive round here. I'm going to whack you over the head with a big stick, down negative man, down.
Reporter: Where will Marion Pahars fit into the team line-up?
Strachan: Not telling you! It's a secret.
Reporter: You don't take losing lightly, do you Gordon?
Strachan: I don't take stupid comments lightly either.
Reporter: So, Gordon, in what areas do you think Middlesbrough were better than you today?
Strachan: What areas? Mainly that big green one out there...
Strachan was on Sky on Sunday morning. He saw John Terry's goal and said he was impressed that Terry goes up expecting to score. He contrasted this to Claus Lundekvam the Saints central defender who goes up for every dead ball and never ever looks remotely like scoring. He said if there was a dead body lying in the penalty area the ball would hit it on the head several times a season which he said is more than Lundekvam can manage. He said referees should book Lundekvam for timewasting every time he goes up for a corner. When the co-commentator said if Lundekvam was watching Strachan was only joking. Strachan assured him he was deadly serious.
