Have had payment for my gallardo having sold it to the first viewer, 3 days after posting the advert. I'll be sad to see her go but i'm already looking forward to finding my next toy!!

Congrats.... lovely motor and very well priced - I remember when you posted you'd just picked it up and for what price: Hope you didn't have to drop much on your asking price.

If the timing was slightly better i'd have happily paid £5K over what you were asking!

But as the old saying goes...."timings everything".

Good luck with the next purchase! scratchchin

Blimey you didn't keep that long!

Buy my 996 GT3 ... comparatively little depreciation whilst you wait for your new GT3 smile

(if its not sold in 3 weeks I'm exporting it to Switzerland to get some use out of it)

Interesting post ... I have seen a few people reduce their cars to try and sell, but yours proves that the right buyer has just not found their cars.

So my point is , just reducing for the sake of it, does not necessarily bring rewards ...

Andy the trick is to price your car at a realistic figure in the first place. I honestly believe my car was one of the best value gallardos in the uk. If you're thinking about selling you must check out all of your (opposition) and price accordingly. At the end of the day if the car is right there will only be one thing stopping it selling... Price!!
