Oh, sorry. So many to pick: Rubarb and Custard, Scooby Doo, Open all hours, To the Manor Born, Bread, Tomorrows World, Max Headroom, obscure CH4 programmes and thousands more.
TV was such a diverse and multi interest medium compared to the dull copy-the-other-channel programming of today.

I even enjoyed late night Open University - One of my favorite ones was stress testing of a pylon in some Welsh opencase mine and another was watching a heated diamond fizzing away on liquid oxygen.
