Hi I'm after some advice from you lot on PH! I'm flying to USA from Heathrow (Terminal 3) in April, and looking to drive to Heathrow and leave my car there for 9 days. Looking on the web there's a few car parks in the area and just wondered if anyone has experience of any? Specifically there's Courtlands which seem to offer a good price and also good shuttle buses.

I'll be looking to drop the car off about 7am, flight's at 11am. Returning, it's an overnight flight landing at 7am, so picking the car up about 10'ish depending if I get stopped by customs biggrin

I used pink elephant (medium or business parking I think, it's just above the tunnel to 1/2/3) and it was fine.

ETA fine = no problems finding a space and no problems with a relatively short shuttle bus ride!

Try BAA website - they will give you a variety of price options for your dates for official parking locations both on and off airport.

Was flying every week for the 2 1/2 months before xmas. Used pre-booked either Business Parking or Long Stay. Coaches are quick & frequent & not over filled. Don't use Purple Parking EVER!

I agree. Book well in advance - online. Park near the pick up/drop off points. Nothing like a good shower to greet you on your return, especially when you are trying to schlep your luggage back to the car.
