What's happening? there seems to be a couple of very cheap Wedges for sale in the classifieds bargains for someone! or maybe the dealers will buy them and sell them on at inflated prices!

The 350i looks tidy where as the SE looks rough and neglected. They are both good investments for a project minded person. If I had a garage I would seriously consider the SE...

I have been looking at 350i's for round the £3000 mark.
It took £5000 to get me something half decent and i knocked him down a grand!

It's very easy for a Wedge to absorb a few grand in a very short time and look no different...cosmetically.

Mine, for instance. cry

Spit and polish are last on my list. hehe

350 was sold after 2 days....i phoned with the seller...tidy car, besides: the carpets are faded (new carpets given toegether with car) and the rear brakes stick when used...so trailer necessary.

chassis according to seller, unwelded and spot on (removed the sills 4 years ago to find that outtriggers are ok) he owned it 4 years bought it from a friend who owned it 14 years. reason for sale: used it only for a few hundred miles. always garaged.

i think the prices are not in a free-fall...they are realistic.
these cars arent worth more and they wont be in the near future...lets discuss about wedge-prices in around 20-30 years again.

in germany you get 2500,-euro subvention if you own a 9 year old car since min. 1 year and you are buying a new car now. the old car must be varifiably scrapped.

come on guys, bring your wedges to germany!!!
