Does anyone know of any good specialists or brokers out there? I've heard of Chubb and Mike (something can't remember,Chris is the guy everyone seems to mention), are these companies any good?

Do you think these companies would let me add someone under 20 onto my Gallardo? My current insurer just said no, which is why I've had to look elsewhere.

Also, Chubb say that with their policy they don't insure you third party on others peoples cars, they insure you fully comp, does that go for any named driver on the policy as well?

Thanks

Just looking myself right now.
I've got the M3 with A-Plan and the 355 with Hagerty.
Premiums are both OK, but the limited mileage with Hagerty is a bit of a pain.
Currently looking at changing and Admiral quoted me a multicar for about £300 extra all-in, with pretty much unlimited mileage.

Tossing up whether to switch or not.

Any thoughts?

Chris McGrath at Michael Ward Associates.

He has just saved me nearly £100 on my premium. Recommended from a lot of guys on here and Club Scuderia.

Henderson Taylor saved me a packet on my forthcoming purchase. Matthew was the chap I dealt with - www.hendersontaylor.co.uk They do track day cover and mods like exhausts aren't penalised with higher premiums either.

My Diablo is on Footman James but on a 6k policy. They added my best mate (admittedly, not <20!) for free smile

Drew,

I found that the Admiral multicar would only insure the TVR at market value rather than the agreed value Hagerty were offering. Remember when you are comparing to compare like for like, if you are looking to get away from the limited mileage give Chris at Michael Ward a ring.
