Fiat Multipla Question

Is anyone able to tell me whether the rear seats in a Fiat Multipla slide backwards/forwards to increase the bootspace if need be?

They don't slide, but have 2 different sets of mounts for 2 positions. Not much legroom in the forward position. They also come out - I often take one out and have a 5 seater with more junk space.

I used to have the the rear seats in the forward position in my old Multipla and there was plenty of leg room for children, I am fairly sure that the middle rear seat slid backwards and forwards as well but I think this may not be true of the lowest spec cars.
