Anyone ever bought a mobile phone off their website? Had any problems or bad experiences?

Don't expect to get any of the gift quickly or without a battle.

Also, avoid the cashback scheme's as they're by redemption i,.e sending in each 3rd/9th bill. You'll also be battling just to see a penny of that qouted cashback.

Yes, I have just bought a second phone (with a free laptop) and it should be with me tomorrow. When I bought my previous phone with them, I had no problems.

I have, didn't have any problems and got the cash back everytime...I think i only paid three months line rental for one year....

Got every cashback with no problems (though the system itself isn't the simplest). Phone came next day delivery.

Otherwise didn't really have any need to have many dealings with them. Simple enough.

I've used them before and they were ok. More recently, I used onestopphoneshop. They're owned by Carphone Warehouse and they were excellent. Phone turned up next day with all the info and a big welcome pack. Free gift (I chose £125 cashback) turned up 30 days later in cheque form. Would have no problem recommending them. They also sorted out my mobile internet with a free laptop.

What happens when you come to the end of the contract?

You can renew or look around elsewhere for a better deal and then go back and tell them the best deal you can find and see if they can match it. T-mobile could not match dial a phone this time.

I bought a phone off them with free X-box 360, got phone next day and computer a week later as they stated, no problems at all

I have bought two phones off them recently, with one i got a free xbos 360 within 10 days and the second i got a free ps3 within 15, so not bad at all..

also a hint is to visit www.quidco.co.uk before you order as you will probably get £60 cashback if you go via there websites.. works like a charm..
