What was that report about certain tall buildings not being completed due to falling oil revenue or some such. Whatever became of that? Was that true or a "might be true"?

when each of the hotels rooms - even if rented at only half the time comes to just over 2 mil PA - it doesnt seem that bad at all. beyond my reach perhaps but nonetheless buoyed by a huge bubble. Who will call the top of that? Or maybe as it depends on 'face' and not industry it will be unique?

It's the Marketing Suite for the Volante development with the heli pad on the roof that she mentioned.

I viewed this flat for a client in November, amazing spacious but too cluttered to make the space look livable.
