Recommendation for a posh pub/hotel bar in Ramsgate?

Going to a wedding in Ramsgate this April and a few of us are going to meet up for drinks beforehand.

What I am after is finding the classiest pub/hotel bar in the town. Any ideas please?

NB: Never been to Ramsgate so if this request is ludicrous then mock me!
