Tailored shirts

I have decided to smarten myself up a bit and am thinking of having some shirts made.
Has anybody got any experience of buying tailored (ie made to measure) shirts online? Frankly I can't justify buying a wardrobe of tailored shirts at London prices (£90 each +), but I've seen various websites where you enter detailed measurements and they send you the shirts.
This company has them made in Sri Lanka: http://www.tailorstore.co.uk and the best shirts seem to come out at about £45 each.
So, does anybody use anything similar? Any experiences of entering 20-odd measurements only to recieve a shoddy shirt?

No experience of ordering online myself, but i'd be highly wary.
Fitting wise you need to find someone to measure you who knows what they're doing, theres no second fitting, if they come and they're not right you gonna have to pay to get them adjusted. It'll be like chinese whispers between you and the guy who actually makes your shirt.
Also and most off puttingly for me you have no way of seeing the quality of the cloth they use.

M&S cant even get the same sized shirts in different colours to have the same length arms. Bugger letting them try and tailor you something!I bought a few from a tailor that comes over to the UK but is based in Hong Kong. 2000 thread Egyptian cotton iirc, came in at £35 each with double cuffs and initials on the breast pocket if wished (I didnt go for that).
What about having a shirt that fits you perfectly and is exactly the fit you require and then trying to source a tailor in the far east and sending it to them.
These guys seem to offer that service. Saves measuring and them guessing. At least they've got the shirt in front of them.

His shirts are £50 each and he measures them personally. There is a choice of about 250 fabrics and they are styled exactly how the client wants including monogram included in the price. :-)
Big recomendation as i love the fit of the shirts i bought from here.
