So this guy rapes a teenage boy, and then moans about HIS human rights for not having a bog next to his bed for 18months. And wants £5k for it.

Bet his victim who he (potentially) scared for life didn't get that much compensation.

Firstly the law is the law. If the law says kiddy-f**ker is entitled to abc then he is entitled to it.
Dont let stories like these manipulate you.

The real problem is that no politician wants to look at the issue of rights of those in prison, what rights they should have and not have.

The worst possible outcome is that such things are decided by a gutter-press driven mob !!

Agree with Swilly. If the law says he's entitled to a toilet then he should be given one. If he doesn't, then the person resposible for locking him up in a unlawful way should be fired.

HOWEVER ... all that's happened so far is that this b@#*&*d has filed a claim. He hasn't won and he hasn't been given any money. He's certainly got the right to complain about his treatment, so lets what to see what happens. The courts might surprise us.

Most politicians appear to say a lot and nothing, not lying as such but saying something in a manner that allows the listener to believe they said something quite different.

The demagogue jumps on the current popular prejudice and propagates it, using it for his own ends.
