So there's a helicopter on a turntable.

The turntable turns at exactly the same speed as the blades but in the opposite direction.

If it doesn't break/fall apart/explode would it take off?

ETA. the tail rotor cannot overpower the turntable.

5,000 pages?

What about the tail rotor? Will that fight the turntable?

Two turntables going in opposite directions - one at each end of the chopper.
Simple yes

No, because the lift required for it to take off is generated by the motion of the blades through the air.

In this case the blades would be stationary relative to the air and therefore would generate no lift.

Are you sugesting that the blades will be stationary, while the helicopter spins relativly to the speed that the rotor is turning?
Would it take off? That would be a no then
Of course it would take off.

If you assume the helicopter spins with the turntable, no, thats why helicopters on stationary turntables known as helipads don't take off until the blades turn. But the whole point of the great conveyor belt wars was the issue of whether the aircraft moved independently of the belt or whether the belt prevented it gaining airspeed because the pilot had left the brakes on. So expect a dispute about what the helicopter will do.

It would take off if the turntable spins in the same direction of the blades, but if the turntable spins at the maximum speed of the blades but in the opposite direction it will sit on the ground.

This is only true if the helicopter spins at the same speed as the turntable.

That will be one dizzy pilot at the helm. A spectacle to be watched from a distance i'd suggest.
