go to the msa website, find details of your local motor club, go down and see if that takes your fancy, also google volunteers in motorsport and find the british marshals club, as motorsport is expensive, you might like to start from the other side of the fence so to speak, unless you have a big wedge of cash to throw at a car, in that case, i would consider caterham roadsports/graduates etc etc for vlaue for money, close racing and a level playing field...

The only way to start is at the bottom.Get in with a team as a T boy and slowly prove your worth.

I'm sure that plenty of teams would have you on to help, even if it's just to keep the cars clean, take lap times etc. A lot of championships have web forums, so that may be a good place to start? If not, then most teams have websites with e-mails addresses on them. Good luck! smile

If you want to race, then karting is a good place to start (something like Club 100 is arrive and drive, which is very cheap and easy, but a lot of fun), or if not just take yours MSA ARDS National B license, buy a car and compete in one of the many entry level championships out there (MR2s, Metros, Westfields, Locost etc).
