Outlook Express/NTL World Email

I am wondering if anyone could tell me how I set up my email from NTL World to be accessible from Outlook Express.

The problem is when I am filling in the Outlook Express boxes it asks me what my Incoming Mail server is and also the server that is used for my out going mail.

As you can probably tell computers aren’t my strong point!

Any ideas?
