Now, I can't find it because I am hopeless with the search, BUT there was a thread on here complaining about the Grammar on Road Signs being removed.

I mentioned the one up the road from me, but I was slightly mistaken. In fact, it has

"Raised Cats Eye's in Road"

So the good news is it does have an apostrophe.. There is however, the bad news.......

Punctuation! Commas, full stops, apostrophes, semi-colons and other marks are punctuation. They are not grammar.

Never mind. It's a PH rule: If you post about grammar or punctuation, you WILL make a mistake. smile
