can you overide the mercedes traction control system and fit a racelogic tcs on either a cl55 amg or sl55amg?i know on most mercedes amg cars you cant FULLY dissable the tcs so wondering if it would be possible to fit the racelogic system or not but tdi are advertising it for sale for the 55 amg models

probably worth speaking directly to Racelogic about this one.

It's something I considered doing a few years ago and contacted them,
they told me that yes the tcs would cause a few headaches but it was still possible.
In the end I decided against it due to the high cost, but it does look like a great system

the chaps there had a good knowledge of my car which impressed me and they certainly stand by their products which are excellent quality, so no doubt they'll be happy to help

failing this you could always invest in a LSD

i think you can disable it completely, i recall it being done through the command unit? search for it on web

The crude method, outlined on another forum, is to remove the offending fuse and voila no more traction control.
