That's a Valjoux 7750, isn't it? I would've thought that any decent watch service outfit could manage it. Perhaps start with someone like Royal Arcade, or even give Dominic_H a shot and see if he can recommend someone. Shouldn't be too hard though.

Rolex/Tudor use the Valjoux 7750 as the base calibre, any competent quality watchmaker will be able to service this for you.
Have a look on the British Horological Institute site to find your nearest BHI registered watchmaker...
