Forth Bridge, roof off!

OK, it's just been on radio 5, someone has been spotted driving on the Forth bridge this morning in blizzard conditions with the roof off. It has to be a TVR, so who is it?

Wasn't me but I did that one day last year (or maybe the year before) just for a laugh. Got so many "looks" that I went backwards and forwards 2 or 3 times.

Chimp's fingers - Particularly dry, thin stools, often with distinct knuckles.
