No congestion charge today

Boris Johnson on BBC News said that there will be no congestion charge today and anyone who has already paid will be refunded.

Funny i was asking the same thing in my office this morning. I thought it would be unfair to charge the con fee if they were not providing anuy other public transport. Anyway you lot should get a refund on your council tax too, as the gritters obv have not been out if the busses cant run!!

There's no charge today because the public sector workers who operate the system haven't bothered coming into work today

That and a lot of cameras are blocked up with white paint snow.
