Panerai - discounts availble ?

Hi

Are there any AD's offering discounts on PAM111 's at the moment ? I've been ringing around this afternoon but struggled to get any of them to pick up the phone !

Its usually blinking hard to even find one let alone negotiate a discount. That said, I guess that was pre c-crunch.

Went into my local Panerai dealer for a look the other week and they only had 2 in stock...............until I sat down to try one on and revealed the Daytona which they'd sold me 4 years earlier. Salesman was so suprised that I'd not flogged it for a profit that he ran to the back room and came out with a PAM 090, PAM 005 and a PAM 104!!

All 3 of the watches that "You just can't get hold of Sir"!!

hopefully I'll have a bit more success tomorrow & actually get to speak to some of the shops

Ideally looking for one of the historic hand wound range as I get a weird satisfaction with the interaction / winding process every morning.
