Hangovers... really getting that bad.... why???
Discussion
today, i wake up fill out a few applications for jobs and then try and get out of bed and my brain refuses to function as a normal person, its like i have been beaten with a idiot stick at some point last night...
I really need to concentrate to do things cause it all feels weird, walking down to the shop seemed to take forever and i kept having to remind myself what i was getting and still forgot the eggs...
so im guessing that a combination of crap sleep and dehydration does this but why is it getting worse with age... its not fair, before i used to be able to abuse the body for days on end and now its a case if i have too much one night the next day is a right off.....
is this hello to old age???

One top of the dehydration and so on, alcohol use can cause magnesium deficiency, the symptoms of which include muscle aches, headaches etc. e.g. see http://www.diagnose-me.com/cond/C78121.html
How to cope with a hangover in advancing years.
Before bed drink 3 pints of water.
This will necessitate a night time trip to the bathroom (or to the wardrobe if you're properly s
tted)
Whilst up, another pint of water and some headache pills.
Then when you get up a banana (slow release carbs) and an ice cold can of the Black Doctor (coca-cola) for the quick release carbs.
Supplement throughout the morning with various savoury snacks.
You'll be back on the booze in no time.
