Where does the 'reward' money come from? Who actually cares?
The reward should be given to whoever ridded the earth of such a tosser. An animal by all accounts.

plus paying a grass £10k will be a lot cheaper than the police effort required to arrive at the suspect
A fair point. But tell me, what will said grass do with £10k? Guns and drugs! Woohoo, feed the problem! They should offer the reward and then after conviction say "haha, no money for you".Although tbf, nobody would ever grass again.
