Whilst out shopping today I purchased a frozen doner kebab which has just gone in the microwave.

How big a mistake have a made?

For the price of a frozen doner, I am sure you could have bought some fresh salad, some pasta, a pasta sauce and some ham/salami etc and simply wacked it all together?

Would take you all of 10 mins to cook and would be better tasting.

You put that in your body, I'd hate to see what your sh*t looks like...
