Origins of The Bad Aids?

Every time someone posts here with an ailment or illness lately, I can almost guarantee that within the first 5 replies will be the suggestion that it's "the bad aids", or as read today "leg aids"

Where on earth did this phrase come from?

Oh and I'm damned if I'm googling "bad aids" before anyone suggests it!
