I've never used them, but I would also debate the notion that they are cheap.
I guess it depends what you're looking to buy, but my last 2 purchases from Jessops were a Canon 100mm f/2.8 Macro and a Sigma 10-20mm UWA (Canon fit), which cost me £658 in total.
If I'd bought the same two lenses off that place, they would've charged me a massive £892.80 including shipping!
You don't say what you're looking for, so they may well be cheap for that, but I'd certainly recommend you have a look at camerapricebuster.co.uk before you buy. It never occurred to me that Jessops would come close to being the cheapest for what I wanted before looking on there and factoring in the discount promotion, which I'd not seen anywhere else, either.
