That car was on Ebay a couple of weeks ago from a dealer. I phoned many a time, plus numerous emails. You think someone would monitor fake or phony ads.

Just been reading this thread and found it interesting as i have had a similar experience recently with regards an SLK that i was looking at for the Mrs... At 1st i thought the ad was a typo as the car was about 10K cheaper than it should have been. I emailed the guy who was supposed to have it and it turned out that it was in Spain. The reply i got was that he had just moved to Spain and he couldn’t sell the SLK there as it was a right hooker but he was prepared to take a 10K hit to sell it back in the UK!!!! I reported the Ad to Autotrader and they removed the ad straight away. However, the next day the ad was back but with different contact details. Be aware if it seems to good to be true then it probably is!!!! and these ads are still out there....
