I have a friend who is a male to female transgender. She had the necessary operations last year.

Unfortunately, although she is a lovely, caring human being, she still looks like a prop forward.

It is genuinely hard to remember to refer to her as 'her' sometimes.

Rediculous isn't it, if they want to change sex then they should pay themselves. You can't have an operation on the NHS because you have say a wonky nose. NHS aren't supposed to do surgery for cosmetic reasons.
