This made me smile.
In an ironic, world weary, head shaking way.
Amazingly the Roman Empire lasted another 450 years before the barbarian hordes destroyed it.
Those who ignore the lessons of history may well find themselves reliving it.
ETA If he signed it 'Cicero, 55BC' then he was indeed highly perceptive!!
