No post since last week

I've been visiting the parents in sunny south London since the weekend and there's been no post delivered since last week. I was expecting 2 special deliveries to arrive on Monday, so I know it's not just that there is no post.

I'd have thought that deliveries would have started up again by now. Local post office couldn't tell me very much (post collections apparently started again yesterday), and there's nothing on the royal mail website suggesting disrupted service at all.

Hrmph! That is all.

Just to add, City Link have been back in action since yesterday, but I guess they're not a unionised business.
