Hotmail log in problems?

I've been having all sorts of problems logging on to Hotmail, BBC news, and Rueters. Is it just me?

Thanks Muntu, tried them both and got back webpage cannot be displayed. I wonder if there is some concerted DOS attack on these sites.

the missus seems to have had a problem too today - as she's had a load of 'return failed' after a load of spam mails have been sent to all her contacts.
When she came to sign in there was an extra security question before getting to the inbox. Guess hotmail has been attacked
