Dealer in Hallow, Near Worcester gone...
Discussion
Hollingsworth of Ombersely has moved, just outside Kidderminster on some new industrial units they built (I've been in actually, very nice new workshop), but no, thats not the one I mean.
The one in Hallow on the A443 was I believe many years ago a Listers, going back a long while it was VW I think, then more recently a Subaru dealer, then even more recently (the last two years) it has been an independent doing sports and luxury stuff.

I bought my first Legacy off the Listers Subaru dealer there. They weren't particularly friendly and were VERY expensive for servicing. The one in Hallow on the A443 was I believe many years ago a Listers, going back a long while it was VW I think, then more recently a Subaru dealer, then even more recently (the last two years) it has been an independent doing sports and luxury stuff.
I use Crossroads in Tredington (South of Stratford) now. They offer far more competitively-priced servicing, and are very friendly and fun (showed me round their purpose-built track car last time I was there - 360bhp Impreza).

There are only two dealers in Hallow. The Listers dealer sold Lexus. AE Clegg, a private dealer specialised in Vx/Saab.
Wasn't aware Listers had shut down.
It stopped being lexus sometime in 2007 I think, became an independent selling BMW's and Merc's and the odd sporty stuff. Thats the one thats gone, next to the pub.Wasn't aware Listers had shut down.
The Vauxhall place is also a Chevy dealer now, or at least always has Chevy's out on the forecourt.
