Asperger's Syndrome and Education

This is for your information.....
I have just had news that next week in London their will be the first negligence case against an LEA for failing a boy with Aspergers. The case is in the Central London Court in Park Crescent and starts on TUESDAY next week through until the following Tuesday.

The case is Nuttall -v- London Borough of Sutton.

For those PHer's that understand this condition, this is a huge step forward.
I hope justice is done...
