Trouble is that the anti God guys couldn't prove that God didn't exist, and got a ruling from the ASA that it was just opinion anyway, just like this will be ruled as an opinion

I agree. The Atheists used "probably" where the god bothers used "definitely". That's false advertising as it can't be proved.

But they said 'probably' not 'definitely', showing a far more open-minded view.

True enough, but the anti god guys qualified their statement with "probably" which is what got them off the hook.

If they had put "there definitely is no god" the complaints would have in all likelihood been upheld.

If the Christians want to retaliate, the very best that they could do is counter claim with "There probably is a god".

I think either slogan is reasonable, but I strongly object to the use of the word is in place of probably, I don't think it is reasonable for them to use that word, the Humanists didn't.
