LEXUS IS200 cd player fault'

standard 6 cd player. reading error 3. cd's not working or ejecting out the system.
any thoughts....

Standard fault on Is200's.

What year is it?

Lexus do a straight swap if still under warranty, they extended it for CD player.

If not it is a case of ebay, or getting a different stereo.

correctamundo.................there are diff types BTW post may 2000 cars are alleged to be less prone

its a 2000 model, unfortunatly it is not under warrenty,
an audio store has undertaken the job, by the looks of it the
repair may not be cheap.

It is not worth getting it repaired.
