An entire 'branch' of the evolutionary process, completely hunched over and totally unable to pick their feet up inbetween steps..... instead just dragging feet forward making a scrapy sloppy sound.... they even appear to have adapted their footwear to bend and sag over their feet and drag and scuff along the pavement to suit their club feet.
