Jase (co-owner & colleague here), Took my T25 to bits today and sat with his Vernier calipers measuring it.
The OEM Turbo's (T25 x 2) have an upper power capability not greater than 450HP (If you get everything right with supporting ancillaries).
They are also hanging off the edge off the compressor map at 1.0 BAR boost. Wouldn't want to run them out to max powr to be honest as things get harder when pushing the last few percent.
While Jase was fiddling with the Turbo, I took a look at the rear manifold.
What a piece of crap! It is made from "cheap" material and the wall thickness of the runners is only 1.8mm.

The flanges are not thick enough to resist warping, exhaust outlet flange was blowing badly from the left hand outlet, both exhaust manifold flanges are warped, there is a fracture running down one of the joins of the runners, on the top and bottom and there is also an "open" fracture running around 80% of the circumference of the single pipe as it joins the Turbo flange. Someone has made a real mess of repairing this previously.
So repair made, which should suffice until I get some custom replacements made, probably in stainless Steel.
Hopefully going to try and get it all back on the car tomorrow morning and pick up where we left off tuning previously.
Just for interest, here is a photo with the Noble OEM T25 (GTO3/R), the rule for this photo is "the Turbo to the immediate right is more than 2 x bigger (power capability wise)."

The biggest one has a 5" exhaust outlet, and is usually fitted to my 2.5L Impreza STi.
Here's another with the T25 and my Impreza Turbo together.

Well, they aren't really, the picture with the 3 Turbo's on it shows 1 x T25, which in use, there are (of course) 2 of on the Noble, each with a circa 225BHP capability, and are small to aid spool up. Each Turbo on the Noble is driven by 3 cylinders, serviced by (and servicing) 1500cc of engine each.
The 2nd Turbo is one of our bolt on Hybrid peformance upgrades for Impreza fitment, 4 cylinders to and from between 2000cc and 2500cc single Turbo and will make a little over 450BHP.
The "Toy" is circa 1000BHP capable item which is a "special" which will be ran on my Impreza in the near future... because..... Errrrr, Well, why not?
